The hotel offers small yet comfortable rooms tastefully decorated in a beautiful Scandinavian style, but they are a bit too small, especially given the residential suburb location. The service was friendly and went above expectations during our entire visit, although it felt slightly out of sync with the hotel's character. The location, while accessible from all directions, is a bit far from the city but within walking distance to Westfield Mall and the Friends Stadium. The dining experience was decent, with a good selection but lacked some complementary breakfast items. The facilities were satisfactory, with various amenities available for the guests.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but well-equipped with a small desk, wall-mounted TV, and a comfortable bed. The wooden IKEA style furniture gave a cozy feeling. The bathroom, though small, was well-appointed. The service was great, welcoming, and went above and beyond my expectations, adding a nice touch to my visit. The location, while not ideal, was just a twenty-minute walk from Friends Arena and Mall of Scandinavia, making it convenient for my plans. The dining experience included warm bread and was very good overall. The facilities were in good condition.
The hotel is located near Kungsträdgården, making it very convenient and close to a bus stop. The rooms, although a bit on the small side, were nicely decorated, super clean, and well-equipped. The service was excellent with friendly and courteous staff who were very accommodating. The location offers easy access from any direction and is within walking distance to the Westfield Mall and the Friends stadium. Dining at the Winery was quite complete and of good standard. The facilities were top-notch, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry services, a welcome drink, and pet amenities available.
